HomeBridge looks to break the cycle of poverty, violence, and incarceration by providing healing, hiring, and hope to previously incarcerated and gang-involved men and women in the Bridgeport area allowing them to become contributing members of their families and communities.

HEALING
Case management to provide needed services in housing, legal, education, mental health, and other support on reentry.
HIRING
Paid employment in one of HomeBridge’s social enterprises to learn job skills and earn a paycheck.
HOPE
At the end of the program, training for higher skilled jobs or starting their own business will prepare them to launch into society.
