HomeBridge Ventures is here to work with your organization to complement your services by providing your reentry clients with a place to heal and commune together. We know how essential it is to process past trauma in order for new experiences and training to take root. We provide the space and services for the formerly incarcerated to heal, in order to restore relationships, attachment, and self-sufficiency. Through an extensive intake process and collaborative goal setting, we work with our HBV referrals to design a program that sets them on a new journey. Our headquarters hosts a series of workshops and courses, one-on-one counseling, connection to services, peer roundtables, and mentorship. Our work ensures your success as well as the success of your clients.
