One of the challenges for returnees is when they do find employment, they need continued support for which many employers are not prepared. HomeBridge will provide wrap around service support to second chance hires for partner employers.

In the first half of 2022, HomeBridge will start up social enterprises to employ participants in the program. The first two social enterprises will be:

• Electronics Refurbishment and Recycling

• Food Truck
